• Avoid any type of blood thinners (e.g. alcohol, aspirin, vitamin E, various herbal products) for 2 days prior and 2 days after treatment. Taking blood thinners increase the blood flow therefore bruising is highly likely.
• Take arnica tablets as follows: 2 tablets every 2 hours for 5 days prior to the treatment. This will also help reduce bruising.
